Game’s features and elements

Futuristic idle RPG that allows the player to assemble a team of heroes to fight against enemy teams. The main theme of this game is the unveiling of NOVA energey which gave rise to extraordinary individuals with powers

My Role - Game Designer 

As part of my work as a feature designer (system designer), I studied the field of Idle RPGs and all of the collectible ones. I was responsible for writing several GDDs while communicating with other departments in order to maintain several features. Working on the game’s shop offers I have worked closely with Monetization and Economy departments, trying to complement their field of expertise.

Referral Program Feature

Deconstruction of a social feature

 Referral Program is a User Acquisition feature that allows the player to get rewards for inviting friends that will progress in the game.

Research Phase

Raid - Plarium

Mech Arena - Plarium

At the beginning I conducted research on existing games that utilize this feature. Studying this feature on other games, I went through most of the “edge cases", trying to understand how this feature can fail to work.​

Design Phase

I made several wireframes and mockups using Miro and Figma to deliver to the UX/UI department. This was made to implement this feature in NOVA Legends.
